Common project and editor issues.

Common issues

If a project is still building, return later from All Projects or the selected Filters state.
If a build fails before the editor opens, use Resume.
If a clip is wrong, open the editor, select the beat, then upload a replacement or auto re-roll.
If render progress looks slow at the start, wait for frame encoding to begin before judging the estimate.
